Liam Burch was born and raised in Eugene.  Volunteering with Lowell Fire has beed Liam's plan for a long time as an entry way into the fire service.  Firefighting has always been his dream in life, as he was inspired from a very young age by his grandfather, a retired Engineer/ Paramedic at Eugene/Springfield Fire.  After high school, Liam plans to join the Resident Firefighter Program at Lowell Fire, and enroll in the Lane EMS Program to obtain his EMT-Paramedic, and progress towards the goal of a career as a Firefighter/Paramedic.  

Liam hopes to stay with Lowell Fire for many years to come, and continue to volunteer into his years as a paid firefighter.
